With our 45 ton press, or the larger 75 ton press, we can die cut sizes as long as 60 inches and up to 6 inches thick, all with automatic material feeding to increase speed and efficiency.

With our hot melt assembly system we have the ability to glue and assemble any type of  foam into an unlimited number of product variations for many applications.

With our Miter Saw we can cut some of the most difficult angle cuts for fabricating foam products. We have the capability to process long pieces with simple bevels, to rounded edge bevels, producing the right product for many applications.

We can Hot Wire almost all types of foam.  This process uses custom bent hot wires to produce a wide variety of complex cavities.

In 1998, after recognizing a local need for custom packaging products James and Carolyn Boarts started JR Boarts Packaging Inc..  Within the first year the company quickly grew, expanding beyond their expectations. JR Boarts Packaging is now celebrating its 10th year of operations.
